তরল (পানি, দুধ, তেল ইত্যাদি) বা গলিত ধাতু/মোম ইত্যাদি উপাদানকে এক স্থান থেকে অন্য স্থানে বা ছাঁচে প্রবাহিত করে ঢেলে দেওয়ার কাজ; ধাতু গলিয়ে ছাঁচে ঢেলে বস্তু বানানোর অর্থেও ব্যবহৃত
