Formed in legal English from under- (meaning ‘subordinate’ or ‘secondary’) + lessor (the party granting a lease), used for the party granting an underlease/sublease.
আইনগত ইংরেজিতে under- (অধীন/দ্বিতীয় স্তর) + lessor (লিজ প্রদানকারী) থেকে গঠিত; আন্ডারলিজ/সাবলিজ প্রদানকারী পক্ষ বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত।
Definition
An underlessor is a tenant/lessee who grants an underlease (sublease) to another person, becoming that person’s landlord for the sublease term while still owing duties to the original lessor.
আন্ডারলেসর হলো এমন ভাড়াটে/লিজগ্রহীতা, যিনি নিজে যে সম্পত্তি লিজে নিয়েছেন তা আবার অন্যকে আন্ডারলিজ (সাবলিজ) হিসেবে দেন; ফলে সাবলিজের মেয়াদে তিনি সাবলিজগ্রহীতার কাছে মালিক/ভাড়াদাতা হলেও মূল লিজদাতার প্রতি তাঁর দায়িত্ব বজায় থাকে।
