under- উপসর্গ + lease শব্দের সংযোগ; সম্পত্তি/ভূসম্পত্তি আইনে বিদ্যমান ইজারা-স্বত্ব (leasehold interest) থেকে প্রদত্ত গৌণ ইজারাকে বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত।
Definition
An underlease is a secondary lease where the original tenant (the underlessor) lets all or part of the property to a subtenant (the underlessee) for a term that is shorter than, and subject to, the original lease; the original tenant usually remains liable to the landlord.
আন্ডারলিজ হলো একটি গৌণ/দ্বিতীয় ইজারা, যেখানে মূল ভাড়াটে (আন্ডারলেসর) সম্পত্তির সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক অংশ অন্য একজনকে (আন্ডারলিসি/সাব-ভাড়াটে) নির্দিষ্ট মেয়াদে ইজারা দেয়; এই মেয়াদ সাধারণত মূল ইজারার চেয়ে কম এবং মূল ইজারার শর্তাধীন থাকে; তবুও মূল ভাড়াটের ওপর সাধারণত মালিকের কাছে দায়বদ্ধতা থাকে।
