Definition
Underleasing is the arrangement in which an existing tenant (the underlessor) leases the whole or part of the premises to another person (the underlessee) for a period within the tenant’s own lease term, usually while the tenant remains responsible to the original landlord.
আন্ডারলিজিং হলো এমন একটি ব্যবস্থা যেখানে বিদ্যমান ভাড়াটিয়া (আন্ডারলেসর) নিজের লিজের মেয়াদের মধ্যে কোনো সময়ের জন্য সম্পত্তি বা স্থাপনার সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক অংশ অন্য ব্যক্তি/প্রতিষ্ঠানকে (আন্ডারলিসি) ভাড়া দেয়; সাধারণত মূল মালিকের কাছে মূল ভাড়াটিয়ার দায়িত্ব বজায় থাকে।
