Definition
A sublease is an arrangement where a tenant (the original lessee) rents all or part of their rented property to another person (the subtenant) for a period, while the original tenant usually remains responsible to the landlord under the main lease.
সাবলিজ হলো এমন একটি ব্যবস্থা যেখানে একজন ভাড়াটিয়া (মূল লিজগ্রহীতা) তার ভাড়া নেওয়া সম্পত্তির সম্পূর্ণ বা অংশবিশেষ অন্য একজনকে (সাব-টেন্যান্ট/উপভাড়াটিয়া) নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য ভাড়া দেয়; তবে সাধারণত মূল ভাড়াটিয়াই মূল লিজের শর্ত অনুযায়ী বাড়িওয়ালার কাছে দায়বদ্ধ থাকে।
