Definition
A sublessor is the original tenant (lessee) who rents out all or part of the leased property to someone else (the sublessee), while still remaining responsible to the landlord under the main lease.
সাবলেসর হলো মূল ভাড়াটে/ইজারাদার (লিজগ্রহীতা) যিনি ভাড়াকৃত সম্পত্তির পুরোটা বা অংশবিশেষ অন্য একজনকে (সাবলেসি) উপ-ভাড়া/উপ-ইজারায় দেন, তবে মূল লিজ অনুযায়ী মালিক/জমিদারের কাছে দায়বদ্ধতা সাধারণত তারই থাকে।
