Definition
‘গিলানো’ হলো কাউকে বা নিজেকে কোনো বস্তু (বিশেষ করে খাবার, পানি, বড়ি ইত্যাদি) মুখ থেকে গলা দিয়ে পাকস্থলীর দিকে নামাতে সাহায্য করা বা করানো; কখনও রূপকে ‘অপমান/অন্যায় সহ্য করা’ অর্থেও ব্যবহৃত হয়
