Definition
Jujube refers to (1) the fruit of certain Ziziphus trees—often called Chinese date or Indian plum (ber)—eaten fresh or dried, and (2) in some places, a chewy sweet/candy called a jujube.
जूजूब का अर्थ (1) ज़िज़िफ़स (Ziziphus) प्रजाति के पेड़ों का फल है—जिसे अक्सर “चाइनीज़ डेट” या “इंडियन प्लम/बेर” कहा जाता है—जो ताज़ा या सूखा खाया जाता है, और (2) कुछ देशों में “जूजूब” नाम की चबाने वाली कैंडी/मिठाई भी।
