Definition
An emulsion is a stable or semi-stable mixture of two immiscible liquids, formed when one liquid is dispersed as microscopic droplets within the other, often with the help of an emulsifier (like lecithin or soap).
इमल्शन दो ऐसे तरलों का स्थिर या अर्ध-स्थिर मिश्रण है जो सामान्यतः आपस में नहीं मिलते; इसमें एक तरल दूसरे में सूक्ष्म बूंदों के रूप में फैलाया जाता है, और अक्सर इसे स्थिर रखने के लिए इमल्सीफायर (जैसे लेसिथिन या साबुन) की मदद ली जाती है।
