Savouriness is the pleasant taste of foods that are salty, spicy, or rich in umami (not sweet), and it can also mean the quality of being respectable or free from offensiveness.
Savouriness বলতে খাবারের মনোরম লবণাক্ত/ঝাল বা উমামি-সমৃদ্ধ (মিষ্টি নয়) স্বাদকে বোঝায়; এছাড়া এটি ভদ্রতা, শালীনতা বা আপত্তিকরতা-বর্জিত হওয়ার গুণও বোঝাতে পারে।
