পা দিয়ে মাটি থেকে শরীরকে হঠাৎ উপরে তুলে স্বল্প সময়ের জন্য শূন্যে উঠে আবার নামা, অথবা বাধা/দূরত্ব পার হওয়ার উদ্দেশ্যে দ্রুত লাফ দিয়ে এগিয়ে যাওয়া
