Definition
A post-mortem is an examination after death (an autopsy) or, more broadly, a review carried out after an event or project to understand what happened, why it happened, and what can be improved.
पोस्ट-मॉर्टेम किसी मृत्यु के बाद किया जाने वाला चिकित्सकीय परीक्षण (शव-परीक्षा/ऑटोप्सी) है; व्यापक अर्थ में यह किसी घटना या परियोजना के बाद किया जाने वाला विश्लेषण/समीक्षा भी है, जिससे यह समझा जा सके कि क्या हुआ, क्यों हुआ और आगे क्या सुधारा जा सकता है।
