From the adjective pellucid (Latin pellucidus: per- ‘through’ + lucere ‘to shine’), with the adverb-forming suffix -ly.

Definition
Used to describe speaking, writing, or explaining something so clearly that it is readily understood, and sometimes to describe something that is transparently clear (as of water).
किसी बात को इतनी स्पष्टता से कहने/लिखने/समझाने के लिए प्रयोग होता है कि वह तुरंत समझ में आ जाए; कभी-कभी अत्यंत पारदर्शी/स्वच्छ (जैसे पानी) होने के अर्थ में भी।
