Definition
Hazelnuts are the edible seeds (nuts) from hazel trees, commonly eaten raw or roasted and used in desserts, chocolates, spreads, and baking; they are rich in healthy fats and have a mild, sweet flavor.
हेज़लनट्स (हैज़ल/हेज़ल पेड़ के मेवे) खाने योग्य बीज (मेवे) हैं, जिन्हें कच्चा या भुना हुआ खाया जाता है और मिठाइयों, चॉकलेट, स्प्रेड तथा बेकिंग में उपयोग किया जाता है; इनमें स्वास्थ्यकर वसा अधिक होती है और स्वाद हल्का व मीठा होता है।
