Definition
Stenose (stenosis) refers to an abnormal narrowing of a tube-like structure in the body (such as an artery, valve opening, or spinal canal), which can restrict flow or compress nearby structures.
স্টেনোজ (স্টেনোসিস) বলতে শরীরের কোনো নলাকার গঠন (যেমন ধমনী, হৃদ্যন্ত্রের ভাল্বের মুখ, বা স্পাইনাল ক্যানাল) অস্বাভাবিকভাবে সরু হয়ে যাওয়াকে বোঝায়, যার ফলে প্রবাহ বাধাগ্রস্ত হতে পারে বা আশপাশের গঠন চাপে পড়তে পারে।
