বাংলা ‘প্রশিক্ষিত’ শব্দটি ‘প্রশিক্ষণ’ (শিক্ষা/অনুশীলন দিয়ে গড়ে তোলা) থেকে গঠিত; এতে ‘-ইত’ প্রত্যয় যোগে ‘প্রশিক্ষণপ্রাপ্ত’ অর্থ প্রকাশ করে
