Definition
যা শুচি বা পবিত্র নয়; ধর্মীয় আচারে, দেহ-মন বা স্থান-বস্তুকে পবিত্র গণ্য করার শর্ত ভঙ্গ হলে তাকে ‘অপবিত্র’ বলা হয়, এবং নৈতিক অর্থেও কলুষিত/দূষিত বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়
