সংস্কৃতমূল ‘কম্প’ (কাঁপা) শব্দের সঙ্গে নঞর্থক উপসর্গ ‘অ-’ যুক্ত হয়ে ‘অকম্প’ (অর্থ: অ-কাঁপা/অচল) এবং পরে বাংলায় ক্রিয়াবিশেষণসূচক প্রত্যয় ‘ভাবে’ যোগে ‘অকম্পভাবে’ গঠিত
Formed from Sanskrit-rooted ‘কম্প’ (tremble) with the negative prefix ‘অ-’ yielding ‘অকম্প’ (not trembling/steadfast), plus the Bengali adverbial suffix ‘ভাবে’ to make ‘অকম্পভাবে’
