Definition
Polyadelphia is a botanical term describing flowers in which the stamens are joined together by their filaments into more than two separate bundles or groups (adelphies). It contrasts with monadelphia (one bundle) and diadelphia (two bundles) and is used in floral morphology and plant taxonomy.
पॉलीएडेल्फ़िया (Polyadelphia) वनस्पति-विज्ञान का शब्द है, जो उन फूलों की अवस्था बताता है जिनमें पुंकेसरों के तंतु (filaments) आपस में जुड़कर दो से अधिक अलग-अलग गुच्छों/समूहों (adelphies) में बँट जाते हैं। यह मोनएडेल्फ़िया (एक गुच्छा) और डायएडेल्फ़िया (दो गुच्छे) के विपरीत है और पुष्प-आकृति-विज्ञान तथा वर्गिकी में प्रयुक्त होता है।
