Definition
A pierhead is the outermost end of a pier projecting into a body of water, often the point where ships berth, cargo is handled, or a navigation/harbor limit is marked.
पियरहेड पियर का सबसे बाहरी/अंतिम सिरा होता है जो पानी में आगे की ओर निकला रहता है; यह अक्सर जहाज़ों के लगने, रस्से बाँधने, माल चढ़ाने-उतारने या बंदरगाह की सीमा/संकेत-चिह्न के रूप में उपयोग किया जाता है।
