Definition
A petal is one of the often brightly colored, leaf-like parts of a flower that surround the center and attract pollinators; in informal speech it can also be used as a sweet term of endearment.
पंखुड़ी फूल का वह प्रायः चमकीला, पत्तीनुमा भाग होता है जो बीच के हिस्से (केसर/अंडप) के चारों ओर होता है और परागणकर्ताओं को आकर्षित करता है; बोलचाल में इसे प्यार से किसी को संबोधित करने के लिए भी कहा जा सकता है।
