Definition
A pancake is made by pouring a batter (usually flour, milk, eggs, and a raising agent) onto a hot pan/griddle and cooking it until both sides are golden; it is often served with syrup, butter, fruit, or savory fillings.
पैनकेक एक पतला, चपटा, गोल केक होता है जो घोल (आम तौर पर मैदा/आटा, दूध, अंडे और फुलाने वाला पदार्थ) को गरम तवे/पैन पर डालकर दोनों तरफ से सेंककर बनाया जाता है; इसे अक्सर शरबत/सिरप, मक्खन, फल या नमकीन भरावन के साथ परोसा जाता है।
