Definition
Ovulating means the biological process in which an ovary produces and releases a mature egg (ovum), typically as part of the menstrual cycle and around the fertile window.
ओव्यूलेटिंग (अंडोत्सर्जन) वह जैविक प्रक्रिया है जिसमें अंडाशय एक परिपक्व अंडा (डिंब) बनाकर उसे बाहर छोड़ता है; यह सामान्यतः मासिक धर्म चक्र का हिस्सा होता है और प्रायः उर्वर अवधि के आसपास होता है।
