From Latin oscillāre (“to swing”), from oscillum (“little face; small mask”), originally referring to small masks hung up and swinging in the wind.
लैटिन oscillāre (“झूलना/दोलन करना”) से; oscillum (“छोटा चेहरा/छोटा मुखौटा”) से बना, मूल रूप से हवा में टंगे छोटे मुखौटों के झूलने के संदर्भ में।
Definition
To swing or move back and forth with a regular rhythm; also to keep changing between two states, opinions, or values.
