Definition
Maxillas are the paired bones that make up the upper jaw, helping form the roof of the mouth and the eye sockets, and holding the upper teeth.
मैक्सिला (बहुवचन: मैक्सिलाज़) ऊपरी जबड़े की जोड़ीदार हड्डियाँ हैं, जो मुख की छत (तालु) और नेत्रगुहा के भाग बनाती हैं तथा ऊपरी दाँतों को सहारा देती हैं।
