From humanise/humanize + -ation/-isation, ultimately from Latin 'humanus' (“human”). The -isation spelling is chiefly British English.

Definition
Humanisation is the act or process of making a person, system, story, or environment more humane or more focused on human needs and values; it can also mean attributing human characteristics to something non-human.
Humanisation वह प्रक्रिया है जिसमें किसी व्यक्ति, व्यवस्था, कथा या वातावरण को अधिक मानवीय/करुणामय या मानव-आवश्यकताओं और मूल्यों पर अधिक केंद्रित बनाया जाता है; इसका अर्थ गैर-मानवीय वस्तु को मानवीय गुण देना भी हो सकता है।
