Definition
“Gestures” are intentional or spontaneous movements—especially of the hands, head, or face—that communicate an idea, feeling, or instruction; the word can also mean a symbolic action showing goodwill or attitude (e.g., a generous gesture).
“Gestures” यानी जानबूझकर या स्वाभाविक हाव-भाव/इशारे—खासकर हाथ, सिर या चेहरे की हरकतें—जो कोई विचार, भावना या निर्देश व्यक्त करें; यह किसी सद्भावना या रवैये को दिखाने वाले प्रतीकात्मक कदम के लिए भी आता है (जैसे, उदार gesture)।
