Felapton is a traditional name for a valid syllogism in Aristotelian (categorical) logic: in the third figure with mood AAA, where both premises are universal affirmatives and the conclusion is a particular affirmative (e.g., 'All M are P; All M are S; therefore Some S are P'), typically assuming existential import (that M exists).
