Definition
Elasticity is the ability of something (especially a material like rubber, or an economic variable like demand) to change under force or conditions and then recover, showing flexibility or responsiveness.
लोचशीलता वह गुण है जिसमें कोई वस्तु (खासकर रबर जैसी सामग्री, या अर्थशास्त्र में मांग जैसी मात्रा) बल/परिस्थितियों के प्रभाव से बदलती है और फिर मूल अवस्था में लौट आती है; यह लचीलापन या प्रतिक्रिया-क्षमता भी दर्शाता है।
