Definition
“Eggs” is the plural of “egg”. It usually means the oval objects laid by birds/reptiles/insects that contain an embryo, and in everyday use it commonly refers to chicken eggs eaten as food. It can also be used informally for an egg-shaped object or a bump on the head, and as a verb it can mean to throw eggs at someone or to coat food with beaten egg.
