Definition
To reverse emulsification by destabilizing an emulsion so the dispersed droplets coalesce and separate into layers (such as oil separating from water), often by changing temperature, pH, adding salt, or using chemicals/demulsifiers.
इमल्सीकरण (emulsification) को उलटकर किसी इमल्शन को अस्थिर करना ताकि बिखरी हुई बूंदें मिलकर (coalesce होकर) अलग-अलग परतों में विभाजित हो जाएँ (जैसे तेल का पानी से अलग होना), अक्सर तापमान, pH, नमक/इलेक्ट्रोलाइट, या रसायन/डि-इमल्सीफायर जोड़कर।
