Captioning is the practice of providing on-screen text that represents spoken dialogue and relevant sounds in videos, TV programs, live streams, or presentations, often to support deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences and to improve comprehension in noisy or silent settings.
कैप्शनिंग वह प्रक्रिया है जिसमें वीडियो, टीवी कार्यक्रम, लाइव स्ट्रीम या प्रस्तुति में बोली गई बातों और आवश्यक ध्वनियों को स्क्रीन पर लिखित रूप में दिखाया जाता है, ताकि बधिर और कम सुनने वाले दर्शकों की सहायता हो सके और शोर वाले या बिना आवाज़ वाले वातावरण में समझ बेहतर हो सके।
