Definition
Bottom-up describes something that starts at the lowest level (workers, local units, grassroots) and builds upward to shape decisions, structures, or outcomes.
बॉटम-अप का अर्थ है ऐसी प्रक्रिया या व्यवस्था जो सबसे निचले स्तर (कर्मचारी, स्थानीय इकाइयाँ, जमीनी स्तर) से शुरू होकर ऊपर तक बनती/पहुंचती है और निर्णयों, ढाँचों या परिणामों को आकार देती है।
