“Bosses” most commonly means the plural of “boss”: people who oversee others’ work or are in charge of a business/team; in informal speech it can also be a form of address (“Yes, boss”). It can also be the verb form meaning “(someone) bosses (others) around” (controls/tells them what to do). In some specialist senses, “boss” can mean a raised lump/projection (e.g., in anatomy/architecture) and “bosses” is its plural.
