Amnion is the thin, innermost membrane that forms the amniotic sac around a developing embryo or fetus in mammals, birds, and reptiles, providing a fluid-filled protective environment.
एम्नियन भ्रूण-झिल्लियों की सबसे अंदरूनी, पतली झिल्ली है जो स्तनधारियों, पक्षियों और सरीसृपों में विकसित हो रहे भ्रूण/गर्भस्थ शिशु के चारों ओर एम्नियोटिक थैली बनाती है और द्रव-भरे सुरक्षात्मक वातावरण में उसे रखती है।
