Definition
Altitude is the vertical distance (height) of something above mean sea level or ground level; in aviation it indicates an aircraft’s height, and in geography it refers to the elevation of land.
Altitude (ऊँचाई) का अर्थ समुद्र तल या ज़मीन के स्तर से ऊपर किसी वस्तु/स्थान की ऊर्ध्वाधर दूरी है; विमानन में यह विमान की ऊँचाई बताता है और भूगोल में यह भूमि की ‘ऊँचाई/उन्नयन’ को दर्शाता है।
