Afterdeck is the section of a ship’s deck at the aft (stern) end, often used for navigation-related access, officer use, or as an open deck area on certain vessels.
आफ्टरडेक जहाज़ के डेक का वह भाग है जो पीछे (स्टर्न/पिछला सिरा) की ओर होता है; कई जहाज़ों में यह मुख्य मस्तूल के पीछे का डेक-क्षेत्र होता है और कुछ जहाज़ों में इसे अधिकारियों के उपयोग या खुले डेक क्षेत्र के रूप में भी इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।
