From under- (“below; insufficiently”) + supplying, the present participle/gerund of supply (from Old French souplier/suppleer via Latin supplere “to fill up, make full”).
under- (অর্থ: ‘কম/অপর্যাপ্তভাবে’) + supplying (supply ক্রিয়ার -ing রূপ) থেকে গঠিত; supply এসেছে পুরাতন ফরাসি souplier/suppleer হয়ে লাতিন supplere (অর্থ: ‘ভরাট করা/পূর্ণ করা’) থেকে।

Undersupplying means providing too little of a product, resource, or service compared with what is necessary, demanded, or agreed; it can cause shortages, delays, or failure to meet standards.
Undersupplying বলতে প্রয়োজন, চাহিদা বা চুক্তি অনুযায়ী যে পরিমাণ সরবরাহ করা উচিত তার চেয়ে কম সরবরাহ করাকে বোঝায়; এর ফলে ঘাটতি, বিলম্ব, বা মানদণ্ড পূরণে ব্যর্থতা ঘটতে পারে।
