Definition
To underchallenge someone means to give them tasks, lessons, or responsibilities that are below their ability, so they are not stretched or stimulated and may become bored or disengaged.
কাউকে underchallenge করা মানে তার সক্ষমতার তুলনায় কম কঠিন/কম দাবি-সম্পন্ন কাজ, পাঠ বা দায়িত্ব দেওয়া—ফলে সে যথেষ্টভাবে উদ্দীপিত বা বিকশিত হয় না এবং বিরক্ত বা অনাগ্রহী হয়ে পড়তে পারে।
