Definition
Ruggedization is the engineering process of designing or modifying hardware and systems so they can withstand harsh operating conditions—such as drops, vibration, dust, water exposure, corrosion, and temperature extremes—while maintaining performance and safety.
রাগেডাইজেশন হলো প্রকৌশলগত প্রক্রিয়া, যেখানে যন্ত্রপাতি/ডিভাইস/সিস্টেমকে নকশা বা পরিবর্তন করে এমনভাবে মজবুত করা হয় যাতে ধাক্কা, কম্পন, ধুলো, পানি/আর্দ্রতা, ক্ষয় (corrosion) এবং অতিমাত্রার তাপমাত্রার মতো কঠোর পরিবেশেও নির্ভরযোগ্যভাবে কাজ করতে পারে এবং কর্মক্ষমতা ও নিরাপত্তা বজায় থাকে।
