From the noun pebble + the adjectival/past-participial suffix -ed, used to mean “covered with pebbles” or “having a pebble-like texture” (notably in leather).
pebble (নুড়ি) শব্দের সঙ্গে -ed প্রত্যয় যোগে গঠিত; অর্থ “নুড়ি দিয়ে ঢাকা” বা “নুড়ির মতো দানা-দানা টেক্সচারযুক্ত” (বিশেষত চামড়ার ক্ষেত্রে)।
Definition
Describing a texture or surface that is covered with many small, rounded, pebble-like bumps (as in pebbled leather), or a surface that has pebbles embedded or scattered over it.
এমন একটি টেক্সচার বা পৃষ্ঠ বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয় যা অনেক ছোট, গোলাকার, নুড়ি-পাথরের মতো উঁচুনিচু দানা/গুটি দিয়ে ঢাকা (যেমন pebbled leather), অথবা এমন পৃষ্ঠ যেখানে নুড়ি বসানো বা ছড়িয়ে থাকে।
