Definition
An ossicle is a very small bone; most commonly it refers to the three tiny bones in the middle ear (malleus, incus, and stapes) that conduct sound vibrations from the eardrum to the inner ear.
অস্থিকা (ossicle) হলো খুব ছোট একটি হাড়; সাধারণত এটি মধ্যকর্ণের তিনটি ক্ষুদ্র হাড়—ম্যালিয়াস (malleus), ইনকাস (incus) ও স্টেপিস (stapes)—কে বোঝায়, যা কানের পর্দা (eardrum) থেকে ভেতরের কানে (inner ear) শব্দের কম্পন পৌঁছে দেয়।
