nonowner হলো এমন ব্যক্তি যার কোনো নির্দিষ্ট বস্তু (যেমন সম্পত্তি, যানবাহন, শেয়ার বা ব্যবসা)-এর আইনি বা ন্যায্য মালিকানা নেই; মালিকের (owner) বিপরীতে আইনগত, প্রশাসনিক, বীমা ও সম্পত্তি-সংক্রান্ত প্রসঙ্গে পার্থক্য বোঝাতে শব্দটি ব্যবহৃত হয়।
