Definition
Nonfeasant describes a person or act marked by nonfeasance—i.e., not doing something that one has a legal or official duty to do (such as an officer failing to carry out a required task).
Nonfeasant এমন ব্যক্তি বা কাজকে বোঝায় যা ‘nonfeasance’ দ্বারা চিহ্নিত—অর্থাৎ আইনগত বা সরকারি দায়িত্ব থাকা সত্ত্বেও কোনো কাজ না করা (যেমন, কোনো কর্মকর্তা বাধ্যতামূলক কাজটি না করা)।
