Definition
Nonfeasance is the omission or neglect to perform an act that one is legally required or expected to do (distinct from misfeasance: doing something wrongly, and malfeasance: doing something illegal).
Nonfeasance হলো কোনো কাজ করা থেকে বিরত থাকা বা অবহেলা করা—যে কাজটি আইনগতভাবে বা দায়িত্বগতভাবে করা বাধ্যতামূলক ছিল (এটি misfeasance—ভুলভাবে কাজ করা, এবং malfeasance—অবৈধ/দুর্নীতিপূর্ণ কাজ করার থেকে আলাদা)।
