From Greek a- ‘not, without’ + sōma ‘body’ + -ism, used in philosophical/theological contexts for doctrines of bodiless existence.
গ্রিক a- ‘না/বিহীন’ + sōma ‘দেহ’ + -ism থেকে গঠিত; দর্শন/ধর্মতত্ত্বে দেহহীন অস্তিত্ব-সংক্রান্ত মতবাদ বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত।
Definition
Asomatism is a (rare) philosophical or religious doctrine holding that a person’s soul, self, or consciousness is independent of the physical body, or that true existence is bodiless.
অ্যাসোমাটিজম হলো (বিরল) একটি দার্শনিক বা ধর্মীয় মতবাদ, যার মতে ব্যক্তির আত্মা/সত্তা/চেতনাবোধ দেহ থেকে স্বাধীনভাবে থাকতে পারে, অথবা প্রকৃত অস্তিত্ব দেহহীন।
