Definition

যে ব্যক্তি ক্ষমতা, বলপ্রয়োগ বা প্রভাব খাটিয়ে অন্যকে অন্যায়ভাবে কষ্ট দেয়, নির্যাতন করে বা অধিকার হরণ করে; এমন ব্যক্তিকে ‘উৎপীড়ক’ বলা হয়
