Definition

যে ব্যক্তি ক্ষমতা বা শক্তির অপব্যবহার করে অন্যের ওপর জুলুম, অবিচার, নিপীড়ন বা নির্যাতন চালায় তাকে জুলুমকারী বলা হয়
