যে ব্যক্তি বা আচরণ যুক্তির চেয়ে আবেগকে বেশি গুরুত্ব দেয় এবং সামান্য বিষয়েও অতিরিক্ত কোমলতা/মায়া/আবেগ প্রকাশ করে; অনেক সময় এটি ‘অতিভাবুক’ অর্থে সমালোচনামূলকভাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়
A person or behavior that gives more weight to emotion than reason and expresses tender feelings (pity, nostalgia, romance) in an excessive way; often used critically to mean overly emotional or mawkish
