অবরোধ, ঘেরাও বা প্রতিবন্ধকতার কারণে কোনো পথ, এলাকা, মানুষ বা কার্যক্রমের গতি ও স্বাভাবিক চলাচল বন্ধ বা সীমিত হয়ে পড়া অবস্থাকে ‘অবরুদ্ধ’ বলা হয়
